From your President: Annual Dues Update

At our last annual POA meeting on March 11th, 2019, we spent considerable time explaining that after 42 years of not addressing annual dues, Summerwood POA finds it necessary to make an upward adjustment. For the 2020 calendar year, the Summerwood POA Board approved a $9.24 annual (77 cents per month) increase which is reflected on the enclosed invoice.

As in past years, we’ll present and discuss the financial figures in more detail at the “Annual Summerwood POA Meeting” scheduled for Monday March 30, 2020, 7:00pm at Rudy’s BBQ. Hope to see you there!

The Summerwood Property Owners Association Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer Summerwood property owners and are elected by the Summerwood Property Owners on an annual basis.
